The pattern I keep finding: the most expensive problems in B2B operations are not the flashy ones. They're the quiet, recurring ones - the report that takes six hours to assemble, the account that churns because nobody watched the signal, the compliance gap nobody wrote an SOP for. I've built my career around finding those problems and removing them at the root.
